How to deal with Serious Problems?
Are you dealing with stress, troubles or sufferings? Or, is there perhaps someone near you who is? Is your life falling apart? So, what can be done? There are many tips which one can see and find today. For major trauma, head injury, or fall - Don't try to move someone who's been in an accident and is unconscious unless it's absolutely necessary for safety (for instance, if the person is lying in the path of traffic) — he or she may have a neck or spine injury. Check to see whether the person is breathing — place your hand just above the mouth and nose to feel air movement — and take a pulse. Call 911 immediately and perform CPR if appropriate (for example, if the person is not breathing or has no heartbeat) and you're trained to do so; otherwise, remain with the person until emergency care arrives. If you think you are becoming dehydrated or if you seem to have symptoms of meningitis, seek medical care right away. Influenza and meningococcal vaccines are available and it's wise for college students to talk to their doctors about getting immunized. If a wound is bleeding, apply direct pressure with cotton or gauze using your hands. Hold pressure on the wound for 10 to 20 minutes. Do not check the wound during this time because any clots forming over it may be disturbed, causing bleeding to start again. Suffering is an essential aspect of Human growth, whether it is mental, physical, financial, or spiritual. It is the main connection that enables the batteries to power us to be the best Human possible.
